The Supervisor of HR Shared Services (HRSS) leads the regional HR Service Center in support of delivering a positive employee experience, ensuring process and service excellence, strong governance, and driving continuous improvement. Supports employee new hire onboarding, employee lifecycle events, terminations, mergers, and acquisitions. This role leads a team of HR professionals and works cross functionally with the HR Shared Services Manager and Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
Leads a team of HR Shared Service Representatives, providing support and talent management including hiring, establishing performance goals, coaching and performance management, training and development.
Leads the team to ensure high work partner and employee satisfaction, process efficiency, and strong compliance.
Manages the day-to-day administration to ensure workflows and processes are completed timely, consistently, and accurately.
Serves as point of escalation for the regional team and handles complex and sensitive service-related issues.
Drives reporting, data management, and data audits.
Prepares weekly KPIs and monitor performance.
Partners to support HR Programs and lead improvements.
Executes HR strategy and drives employee and manager self-service by creating new tools, processes, and procedures.
Ensures compliance with all regional employment laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines, including SOX compliance. Manages audit inquiries and conducts self-audits.
Leads the onboarding process from offer acceptance until employee first day to ensure a positive candidate and manager experience.
Creates and maintains knowledge base materials including process workflows, standard operation procedures and job aids to facilitate consistency in service delivery quality and facilitates knowledge transfer.
Supports HR projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Has working experience with Human Resources tools and systems.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
6+ years of applicable work experience in human resources
3+ years experience in a supervisory and/or people leadership role
Able to work a hybrid schedule in Lincolnshire, IL (3 days in the office, 2 remote)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience working in an HR Shared Service Center
Experience with Oracle HCM, iCIMS, and/or ServiceNow

Demonstrated knowledge in various human resources functions (i.e. operations, staffing, benefits, compensation)
Knowledge of case management and government regulations (as they apply to employment practices)
Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and customer service skills

Demonstrated ability to establish workload priorities and balance diverse responsibilities and demands from multiple customers and competing priorities
Acts as advisor to other Zebra functions and may become actively involved to meet schedules and resolve problems
Effective collaborator that can effectively work across functions and teams
Able to present concepts and recommendations to all levels of management
Experience working with HR Software and tools. (Experience with Oracle HCM, iCIMS, and/or ServiceNow a plus)

Salary: USD 73400.00 - USD 110200.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
