About 3-4 years ago, they embarked on an aggressive growth strategy, reorganizing their entire team outside of the owner and rebuilding from the ground up. In 2021 and 2022, their focus shifted toward preparing for this growth, investing in new technology, and establishing refined processes and procedures.
