We are looking for highly talented Electrician to support our brand new facility.

2nd Shift: 3pm -11:20pm (includes off-shift incentive)Pay: $32-$39 / hourBonus: $5,000 Sign on bonus

+ eligible for quarterly bonuses

Position Summary:

The Electrician will be responsible to install, build, troubleshoot, and repair machinery containing electrical componentry. Provide support for the manufacturing of quality products through maintenance and installation of electrical components and equipment.Essential Job Functions include, but not limited to, the following:Install, build, troubleshoot and repair machinery including:PLC Controlled MachineryRoboticWeldingPneumaticHydraulicPress ControlGeneral Manufacturing Mills and PressesOperate a variety of equipment including:Metering DevicesHand ToolsScissor LiftProgramable Logic Control (PLC)Volt/Ohm Meter (VOM)Diagnostic ComputersConduit BendersThreading EquipmentAMP ProbeMeggerThermographicUltrasonic AnalysisWork in a safe manner, providing constant attention and communication regarding safety concerns to leaders in order to limit unsafe practices throughout the facility.Help develop specific maintenance and repair procedures to install, maintain, and repair machinery.Proactively participate in continuous improvement efforts and drive process, tooling, and equipment enhancements that will improve production efficiency and product quality.Complete and manage work orders via the Plex system.Engage with outside resources as needed to keep production running.Provide direction and coaching to less experienced team members, as well as mentor apprentices as requested.Advanced troubleshooting of both equipment and systems. For example, PLC troubleshooting, variable frequency drives, induction welders, mid-freq welders, etc.Additional functions, not specifically outlined in this position description, as directed by the supervisor.#INDHRequirementsPosition Skills and Experience Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty effectively.
