Job Overview:
We are currently in search of an Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will assist with maintaining client accounts and ensuring all customers and clients needs are understood and satisfied. You help build and strengthen clients relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:Assist with building and maintaining long-lasting customer relationshipsCommunicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressedHelp resolve issues as they arise and keep track of all processes that pertain to the clients' desiresDelivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basisAct as the client's representative in to ensure that their needs are fulfilledDevelop and maintain key relationships across accountsStrive to maintain and increase overall customer satisfaction based on their business needsMeet established goals for sales with current and new customersAct as liaison between the customer and internal teamsSkills and Qualifications:
3-5 years' experience in Customer Support and/or Account ManagementDemonstrated history of increasing client satisfaction, adoption, and retention.Comprehensive, deep understanding of the Account Management JourneyProven competency with agile processes, defining stories that are ready for developmentStrategic thinker who can see problem patterns, ideate solutions, and execute to completionPrior experience working with SaaS business platformsAbility to present, communicate, and work effectively with other internal teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong team playerWe know that a company's success starts with its employees.
