Quality Assurance Manager

As the Quality Manager, you will work closely with operations and internal teams to maintain a Quality Management System, establish key performance indicators to develop team members and resolve any quality-related issues. This role offers excellent benefits and a chance to lead and enhance quality control practices, APPLY NOW!Requirements for the Quality Assurance Manager:•Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.•Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Management role within a manufacturing environment.•Strong background in quality control, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement with a proven track record of achieving strategic objectives.•Proficiency in QMS, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with ISO certification processes; ISO 9000 certification and/or Lean process improvement certification preferred.•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with experience in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.Compensation for the Quality Assurance Manager:•Direct Hire•Location: 100% Onsite in Fort Worth, TX•Salary Range: $70-$80K/yr.
