As our Vice President of Philanthropy , you will:Shape and lead a high-impact fundraising strategy in collaboration with our President & CEO and senior team.Direct and mentor a talented development team, fostering growth, innovation, and success.Manage key relationships with high-level donors, foundations, and corporate partners to advance our mission.Oversee strategic fundraising efforts and special events that fuel our transformative work.Partner with our Marketing and Events teams to amplify our message and drive donor engagement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 8 years of experience in nonprofit development, with a proven track record of securing six- and seven-figure gifts and successfully managing fundraising teams.Brings strategic vision, energy, and compassion to drive our mission forward.Thrives on building strong, lasting relationships with donors and stakeholders.Is motivated by the opportunity to mentor a passionate team and contribute to an inclusive, mission-driven cultureValid FL driver’s license and successful Level II background check, physical and drug screenGenerous Paid Time Off:
