Description

The Senior Manager of Healthcare Decision Support and Reporting plays a key role in driving data-driven decision-making and overseeing comprehensive reporting initiatives.

This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of healthcare analytics and reporting excellence.

Lead and mentor a team of decision support analysts and reporting specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Oversee the development and delivery of comprehensive reports that meet the needs of various stakeholders.

Utilize advanced analytics and statistical modeling to derive insights from complex healthcare data sets.

Drive the development and maintenance of robust dashboards, visualizations, and reports for executive leadership and departmental heads.

Establish and maintain reporting standards and best practices.

Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of reports, adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with leaders across various departments, including finance, operations, and clinical teams, to integrate decision support and reporting into organizational processes.

Facilitate communication and knowledge-sharing to ensure a comprehensive understanding of data-driven insights.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in healthcare delivery through data-driven initiatives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree required.

Master's degree preferred.

5 years in financial or operational analytics, 1-2 years in healthcare, and 1-2 years in a leadership role.

A combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required skills and knowledge may be considered.
