DutiesOperate a full and profitable school, utilizing an array of marketing, sales, cost control, and training opportunities and resourcesLead the overall management and strategic direction of the preschoolImplement educational programs as designed by KLA Pedagogy that meet the needs of children and align with our mission and Reggio Emilia inspired approachEnsure compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory requirementsManage budgets, resources, and financial performance of the preschoolRecruit, train, and support staff to maintain a high-quality teaching environmentFoster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children, families, and staffBuild and maintain strong relationships with parents, the community, and other stakeholders
RequirementsProven experience as a Preschool Director or higher position in early childhood educationStrong knowledge of early childhood education principles, practices, and regulationsExceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyBachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, or related field; master’s degree preferredValid state director certification or ability to obtain certification
