You need the right combination of clean code, APIs, analytics, and infrastructure to develop a user-focused solution. We’re looking for a software engineer like you to develop efficient and effective software, from vision to production-ready system, in an exciting, agile environment.As a software engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll use the latest architectural approaches and open-source frameworks and tools to deliver complete end-to-end solutions to your clients. Using your software engineering expertise, you’ll analyze the environment to ensure that your team’s solutions consider the architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. You’ll sharpen your skills as you master new tools and techniques while helping to identify and implement system improvements. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

The world can’t wait.You Have:5+ years of experience developing Canvas and Model driven custom PowerApps applications based on specific business requirements5+ years of experience working closely with end-users to analyze, define, document, and prioritize business requirements for application development and integration5+ years of experience leading technical projects with cross-team resources, defining requirements, aligning resources, and establishing milestones to drive successful completion5+ years of experience overseeing and guiding the work of junior developers, helping them solve complex development challenges, and dividing tasks between resources to achieve overall success5+ years of experience performing testing and quality control reviews of team deliverables3+ years of experience working with Power Platform environmental data sourcing and management components, including Connectors, Gateways, and Office 365 integrations3+ years of experience using Microsoft Flow and Power Automate to create customized, complex application data workflows and automated processes3+ years of experience leveraging Dataverse, including Common Data Service, as well as SharePoint Lists to centrally store, share, and source dataHS diploma or GEDNice If You Have:Experience integrating Power Platform components with Microsoft Azure DatabricksExperience supporting and administering a continuous pipeline of new systems combined with regular enhancement of existing systemsExperience supporting full system lifecycles, from initial ideation and development to long-term usage and iterative enhancementsCompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
