As a Salesforce Developer you will code, design, develop, and implement custom applications, custom processes, and custom interfaces within and between existing business software solutions. You will collaborate with the IT Business Systems Solutions Team and Michels operations to identify solutions that increase efficiencies, expand the level of system integration, and reporting within Michels Corporation.

Develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning ComponentsCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specificationsDesign and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and middlewareMaintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance and user satisfactionImplement Salesforce best practices for coding, testing, and deploymentTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and performanceStay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, providing recommendations for enhancementsProficient with Visual Studio, C#/VB.net, and Microsoft .Net Framework, Microsoft SQL Server and/or MYSQL database enginesProficient with SQL databases and TSQLProficient in writing of SSRS, Crystal Reports, and reports using other reporting systemsSalesforce Developer Certification (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer, Data Architect) is highly desirableExperience with Salesforce integrations and data migration tools (desired)Familiarity with Salesforce architecture, best practices, and governance (desired)
