Business Analyst

Our client in the technology industry is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, experience with Agile methodologies, and proficiency in requirements modeling and process mapping techniques which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Business AnalystLocation: preferredColumbus, Ohio, Dallas, TX, or Broken Arrow, OK (Open to remote)Pay Range: $90What's the Job? Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems, objectives, and project scope. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information and trends. Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements for new products and cross-platform features/enhancements. Translate vision, business needs, and requirements between business stakeholders and development teams. Assist in developing user acceptance tests and quality assurance tests.What's Needed? Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience. 3+ years of professional experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a comparable role on medium/large-scale software development projects. Solid experience in business analysis planning and monitoring, elicitation, requirements analysis, design definition, and solution evaluation. Familiarity with both traditional Waterfall and Agile/Lean methodologies. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively at all organizational levels (written, verbal, visual).What's in it for me?
