Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mechanical Assembler responsible for assembling various gearboxes and internal components on an assembly line. This role involves multiple stages, including box assembly, gear assembly, oil filling, and line loading. Candidates will receive comprehensive training in all areas of the assembly line during the first two weeks.
Responsibilities
Assemble various gear boxes and internal components.
Perform tasks in different stages of the assembly line including box assembly, gear assembly, oil filling, and line loading.
Follow blueprints, instructions, and finished product pictures displayed on a computer at the workstation.
Utilize hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of assembly experience.
At least 1 year of experience using hand and power tools.
At least 1 year of experience reading blueprints or build sheets.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with mechanical assembly and machine operating.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and blueprints accurately.
Attention to detail and quality control.

Work Environment
The work environment is a clean, well-lit facility with large metal tables for assembly. Each workstation is equipped with a computer at eye level and all necessary hand and power tools stored on a pegboard behind the work station. The work can be greasy and dirty due to the application of grease on various parts of the gearbox. This role is for the 2nd shift, from 3 PM to 1 AM, Monday to Thursday. Employees receive an 18-minute paid lunch break taken with the group and one 8-minute break.
