Job Description

The Marketing Manager (MM) will be responsible for numerous executional elements within personal promotion channels supporting RINVOQ RA. The MM will coordinate across both internal and external stakeholders to lead the development, execution, and optimization of variety of tactics delivered by sales professionals to Rheumatologists to drive brand awareness.

The responsibilities of this role are listed below, but may shift based on business needs:

Create high-impact materials that support strategic objectives. Manage promotional projects within assigned budget.

Effectively manage projects to deliver high-quality work in a timely fashion.

Work in a team-based environment, assisting in the development and execution of strategies and leading development of tactics to maximize sales, market share and profitability of the brands.

Work with internal and external cross-functional groups to ensure integration and consistency of business strategies and regulatory compliance with promotional materials.

Partner closely with the Rheumatology sales force to develop and roll out comprehensive and effective promotional resources.

Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing tactics through metrics developed to ensure positive return on investment and achievement of brand objectives.

Contribute to the development of the RINVOQ RA strategic and tactical plan.

Understand trends in the Rheumatology marketplace and impact on business using data-driven strategic insights and applying them to the marketing strategy and tactics.

Operate quickly and decisively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

This individual will report to the Associate Director, RINVOQ RA Professional Marketing

Qualifications

Basic

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

Knowledge of health care and/or pharmaceutical industry

Proven ability to appropriately prioritize and execute multiple critical issues, and complete projects on-time with excellence

Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally with interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with an ability to make effective presentations to customers, sales team, and senior leadership

Strong planning and organization skills, attention to detail, execution, and follow-through

Budget management experience

Preferred:

3+ years of relevant brand marketing experience

Prior experience in Professional pharmaceutical marketing

Strategic and tactical planning experience

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.​

Salary: $117,500 - $223,500
