Real Estate Paralegal

Seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal.Must have a minimum of five years experience, preferably with a big law firm.About Our ClientThis organization is a prominent real estate private equity firm focused on developing, investing in, and operating affordable housing. Their mission-driven approach emphasizes social responsibility and community enhancement, making them a key player in the affordable housing sector.Job DescriptionReview title reports and surveys, addressing feedback from counter parties.Conduct due diligence and assist in coordinating transactions related to affordable housing.Work with vendors to obtain necessary due diligence documents and certifications.Collaborate with title companies to finalize title policies and ensure compliance.Employ project management tools to create work plans, monitor budgets, and track transaction phases.Prepare signature packets and manage the execution of documents by stakeholders.Draft corporate documents, such as operating agreements and consent forms, ensuring accuracy.Organize closing indices and binders, and follow up on post-closing tasks.Conduct legal research and gather information as needed.Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned.
