Requirements & Capability Analyst

KBR is seeking a Joint Counter-Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) Office (JCO) Requirements and Capability (R&C) Analyst with expertise in Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS), Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE), and Defense Acquisition System (DAS) processes with focus on requirements and capabilities, and staff operations. This position will support the 2-Star JCO Director, Deputy, and Division Chief. The JCO serves as a focal point for the Department to synchronize and integrate C-sUAS efforts for all stakeholder (Office Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Services, and Inter-Agency) CONUS and OCONUS activities. In this position, you will serve as the lead action officer to analyze the full range of materiel and non-materiel approaches to meet capability needs, which includes Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel (non-developmental), Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities and Policy (DOTMLPF-P).

Duties will include:

Have some experience with data management.

Identify and integrate developments in materiel and non-materiel solutions with combat developers and program managers to improve warfighting capabilities for both the Army and Joint Force.

Have an understanding of C-UAS system as well as Joint Training.

Prepare briefings, information papers, executive summaries, senior-level decision memoranda, on issues, and represents the JCO at briefings, meetings, forums, or conferences concerning organizational or functional areas of responsibility within the Army, Joint and OSD communities in support of the JCIDS processes.

Execute staff actions to support JCO efforts.

Answer requests for information from Congress and/or other external DoD organizations and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Secret level security clearance is required; Top Secret is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master’s Degree preferred.

5 years of related work experience.

Must have a basic understanding of C-UAS to support the Department of Defense Executive Agent for C-sUAS and the JCO.

High-level staff experience required. Army Staff, Joint Staff or OSD Staff preferred.
