Working with cross-functional and regional teams, you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth. You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.

How you will contribute

The Senior Associate Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the delivery of the end-to-end in year and strategic growth plans for OREO Cookies, with a focus on equity partnership launches. Working closely with the integrated agency and cross functional teams, you will lead the strategic campaign execution and LTE roll-out for the tentpoles, as well as support broader efforts across the OREO Core business.

How you will contribute

Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will lead recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead commercialization/launch plans for tentpole LTEs, including post-launch business performance tracking.

Serve as one of the primary points of contact for the brand’s partnerships

Support campaign strategy & execution for tentpole partnership campaigns; this includes leading material reviews & approvals for the full funnel (i.e., paid media, PR, shopper marketing, social media, digital and more)

Lead the effort to take the brand’s organic social media strategy to the next level with the partner agency and internal stakeholders

Support the development and execution of the integrated communication, activation, and media plans, maximizing media ROI, and working with internal and external media partners.

Partner with others on the team as a brand steward for licensing & foodservice partnership efforts, ensuring the OREO brand look, feel & ethos is captured appropriately. This may include reviews of packaging, digital content, campaign creative, marketing plans, etc.

Support the monthly Business review providing a deep dive into brand performance for your key projects across the cross functional teams.

Qualifications:

3+ years' work experience
