ResponsibilitiesPeraton is seeking a
Senior Business Director - Customer Strategies
for our Cyber Mission sector to serve in the following day to day leadership capacity:
Serve as the lead growth strategist focused on full spectrum cyber missions of consequence.
Cooperate with other leaders across the Cyber Mission sector and the enterprise to maintain consistent messaging with customer Strategies and drive overall enterprise success.
Collaborate with account executives, solution architects and business units on winning new business strategies for franchise re-competes and major impact on meaningful and measurable revenue growth through, contract re-competes for business units, sector and throughout the company.
Support corporate and sector priority pursuit capture leaders with win strategy, solution, and strategic engagement plans to achieve business objectives.
Develop and mature cybersecurity & information warfare relationships within customer organizations.
Support programs in achieving customer mission success.
Identify and support actions to drive business partnerships and talent recruitment.
QualificationsRequired
Bachelor’s degree and 18+ years of professional experience
10+ years of experience with customer strategy design or program management of enterprise $100M+ cybersecurity, enterprise IT, or data focused analytics programs
Deep understanding of customer missions and strategy across their entire enterprise
Highly effective communicator to all levels within the company and with clients
Travel as required, as dictated by business need.

Proven success with the full life cycle of the business acquisition process, from opportunity concept through pursuit, winning, program startup and execution
