Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

The program will simplify the Innovative Medicine ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Innovative Medicine business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade. Other J&J Innovative Medicine manufacturing / manufacturing / principal locations may be considered for the ideal candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design process from project development through initial design across the Plan/Source elements integrated with Value Chain Management through program design & build, execution as well as deployment phase, while ensuring Business Process standardization. Ensure tight integration with the individual Plan/Source process owners in decision making.

Lead the development of program materials i.e. Business Process Flow Diagrams (BPMs), Key Decision Documents (KDDs), Business User Stories (BUS), Taxonomy Levels as well as persona definition as part of the User Access Management.

Design and support test & release activities including Business Simulation Testing (BST), System User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Security Role Testing, Integration Testing etc.

Develop in collaboration with Business Adoption the necessary training material and deliver the training.

Lead the Development of applicable SOPs , WI’s and/or User Manuals.

Support the preparation and execution of system cutover, data migration, data conversion, system deployment and hyper-care.

Act as the overall Global Business Template Manager for the Innovative Medicine Transcend Plan/Source Process Team.

Actively identify all compliance and regulatory requirements.

Act as part of the pool of Plan/Source Global Business Template Managers & Analysts to support all program activities as required.

Support the Plan/Source Global Business Template Owner for all program activities.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors Degree (4 years) or equivalent University degree is required; Advanced degree or MBA is highly desirable.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience

5+ years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs

1+ years of Plan/Source business experience

1+ years of business process design, engineering, or optimization

Expertise in the Plan/Source functional space

Strong understanding of SAP systems

Strong communication and presentation skills

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with internal partners to develop ideas, find opportunities, and influence outcomes

Prioritization and handling changing priorities in a fast- paced environment

Knowledge in deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates

Experience managing to project timelines in complex business environments

Skilled at engaging and building relationships with senior leadership

Exceptional business and digital savvy, including ERP expertise

Experience working in a complex, multi-ERP / system environment

Preferred:

Knowledge in OMP is preferred.

Understanding the business process linkages across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, Master Data is preferred.

Execution experience in global/regional projects/programs in associated business function is preferred.

Experience working in a global/regional setting, or experience in a large-scale business transformation program is preferred.

Other:

Requires proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally

This role requires up to 20%-50% domestic and international travel, depending on work location and business needs.

Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week

The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 USD to $207,000 USD.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal, and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
