They are seeking a Construction Project Manager to work on institutional, municipal and education projects, both ground up and renovations. Apply now to be considered within 24 hoursJob DescriptionThoroughly understand all project specifications, the contract's general conditions and confirm all materials and subcontract work comply with contract documents and quality specifications.Responsible for execution of the established schedule and ensure consistent follow-up and communication on progress with project managers and owners.Determine work priorities, estimates manpower needs, and assigns work activities among employees according to abilities or specialized training.Coordinate and track job-site materials, equipment and subcontractors.Manage all labor costs related to project. Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.Ensure employees are trained on work standards, duties of job, job site rules, safety standards and regulations.Complete and maintain project documents including equipment maintenance reports, activity logs, safety reports and time keeping records.Lead inspection of day to day construction work to enforce conformity to specifications of contract.Responsible the quality control of the site / project.Act as an adviser on job related problems.Manage employee performance and disciplines as needed.Responsible for creating a culture that values safety, health and cleanliness.Ensure project closeout process is finalized, demobilize all resources, and transition project to the owner along with the Project Manager

The Successful ApplicantMinimum of five (5) year's experience managing multiple education/institutional projects up to $10 million.Excellent communication skills.Must have the ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status.Computer Skills Required: Procore, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Ability to create material take-offs.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Marketing and presentation skills.Should be highly organized, highly motivated and a detail directed problem solver.Experience on institutional, municipal, K-12, and higher education projects preferredCollege degree in a construction/engineering field preferred, but not required.What's on Offer$100,000 - $130,000 base salary depending on experience with a general contractorSignificant bonus potential - 10-15% Annually20 PTO daysCompetitive 401k matchFully employer-paid health, vision, dental insuranceCompany Car$600-800/month car allowanceMultiple company wide events quarterlyGym stipendPhone/Laptop stipend/provided - up to candidatePaths to senior leadershipStrong pipeline of projects
