The ideal candidate will have experience representing financial institutions in various structured finance transactions, including asset-backed securitization and structured lending. Candidates with a background in general capital markets, private credit, or leveraged finance are also encouraged to apply. The practice focuses on areas such as Repo finance, digital infrastructure, trade receivable finance, warehouse lending, and structured private credit facilities.Duties:Represent financial institutions, including issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, and purchasers in structured finance transactions.Handle complex asset-backed securitization and structured lending deals.Advise clients on regulatory compliance and legal strategies for structured finance.Negotiate and draft documentation for structured finance transactions, including Repo finance and warehouse lending.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage high-value finance transactions from inception to closing.Provide legal advice on capital markets and structured private credit facilities.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in structured finance, capital markets, private credit, or leveraged finance.Experience representing financial institutions in asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions.Strong knowledge of structured finance markets and legal frameworks.Previous large law firm experience preferred.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active admission to the Bar in the applicable jurisdiction.Skills:Expertise in structured finance, securitization, and private credit transactions.Strong legal research, writing, and communication abilities.Ability to handle complex financial transactions with minimal supervision.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
