This role will manage programs, fundraising, building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring the foundation achieves its mission and goals. This role will provide visionary leadership, support staff development, and uphold the foundation's values and reputation within the community.What you’ll do:Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement strategic plans in alignment with the foundation’s mission, vision, and goals. Continuously assess and adjust strategies to respond to changing needs and priorities.Fundraising and Development:

Lead fundraising efforts by cultivating relationships with donors, partners, and sponsors. Develop new fundraising campaigns, annual events, grant proposals, and sponsorships to secure financial support for the foundation.Program Development and Management:

Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs and initiatives that align with the foundation's mission.People Leadership and Management:

Supervise and support a team of staff members, interns, and volunteers. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.Stakeholder Relations:

Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including board members, donors, volunteers, beneficiaries, government agencies, and community partners.Public Relations and Marketing:

Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to raise awareness of the foundation's work and enhance its reputation.Governance, Compliance and Financial Management:

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements governing nonprofit organizations.
