We are currently seeking a Fire Alarm Project Manager to join our team of the best fire protection professionals in the industry. This position will be located in Key West, FL. Firetrol is a customer-driven business; customer satisfaction is paramount and the key to success.Responsibilities:
Ensure all project operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective wayPurchase and track job site materialsFormulate strategic and operational objectives through coordination with installation teams and the customerMaintain field quality controlEnsure all field staff are meeting the customer and Firetrol safety requirementsOversee projects to maintain and improve budget goalsCommunicate frequently with operational staff about job status, progress, man loading, and punch listQualifications:
Proven work experience in the fire alarm industryLevel III NICET, Level IV preferredExcellent communication skillsLeadership abilityOutstanding organizational skillsExperience budgeting and forecastingWe prefer a candidate to be local to the Key West area, but for the right candidate, we would be willing to provide temporary housing or relocation.Firetrol offers competitive wages and top-of-the-line benefits that include health, dental vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability, generous paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with a generous company match and immediate vesting.
