Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Update software or enhance existing software capabilities. Responsible for performing on-call activities that involve debugging any alarms, bugs, and Customer Support escalations to provide the best possible customer experience. Identify and design new features, and infrastructure enhancements that will help improve performance. Investigate numerous security-related issues raised by the security team to ensure a secure experience for all customers, which falls under Salesforce's top value - trust. Collaborate with the team, including helping junior members understand tasks assigned to them, assisting in the hiring process for new members, maintaining backlog, planning sprints, and collaborating with external teams to ensure there are no gaps within teams.Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field. A related technical degree is required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).Special Skill Requirements:
(1) Production Maintenance; (2) Mulesoft Anypoint Platform; (3) Terraform; (4) InfluxDB; (5) Ansible; (6) Serverless; (7) RDE (Postgre SQL); (8) Linux; (9) MacOS; (10) Force.com; (11) Heroku; and (12) Quip. Any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience is acceptable.Salary:
