This role will work specifically with the COOL Media subsidiary. COOL Media is a top managed-service media solutions provider in the CTV/OTT space. This acquisition partners with the region’s largest independent media agencies to deliver impressive results for some of the biggest names in the industry.
COOL Media’s CTV Attribution Dashboard solves one of the biggest challenges facing the CTV industry today, by providing clients access to real performance metrics. This dashboard shows the true value their CTV advertising is driving for their business.
Beyond the tangible ROI from working with Insticator, COOL Media provides a talented team of media experts who excel at helping clients navigate the complexities of the rapidly evolving CTV marketplace. About the Role
COOL Media is seeking a well-connected digital media superstar to introduce our highly successful digital media solutions to agencies and brands across LA, San Diego, and San Francisco. We are seeking candidates with very strong contacts and relationships within Media Agencies of all sizes. These candidates are to be considered innovators, strategic thinkers, and trustworthy sellers to their agency contacts and clients.
Over the past several years, COOL Media has built multi-year partnerships with the largest independent media agencies in APAC, helping them advance their digital strategies while driving continuous, measurable results for end clients such as ACER, Viking Cruises, and Suzuki. Following our successful US launch and acquisition of ADventori in Q3 2024, we are seeking a dynamic seller to build a similar success story on the West Coast region based in LA.
As a successful seller of managed service media, you are fluent in all programmatic media channels from Brand CTV, DOOH, Display, OLV, and performance media such as DCO retargeting. Responsibilities and Duties
Meet and exceed revenue targets by building and growing your agency & client book of business across all client verticals in your targeted region.
Sell COOL Media’s Managed service media & DCO creative solutions to agencies & brands alike.
Leverage your network, relationships & experience to build new agency partners and long-term customers.
Identify opportunities to increase order value and improve client results by packaging DCO with managed service media with attribution measurement solutions.
Design solutions for clients that drive positive ROAS and solve client business needs by leveraging the COOL Company’s full range of products and services.
Consistently showcase COOL Media’s value to your clients by providing a consultative sales approach.
Work collaboratively with your Client Services team to deliver successful media campaigns and best-in-class customer service.
Maintain accurate revenue forecast and pipeline.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of new business prospects.
Qualifications & Experience
8+ years Digital Media sales experience working with Independent & Holding Company Agencies alike.
Experience selling both brand and performance digital media solutions.
Successful track record selling to agencies in LA and the surrounding region.
Must be ambitious, hungry, and self-motivated.
Strong relationships and contacts within the region.
Consultative selling approach.
Passion for Digital Media and Technology.
Cultural Competencies
Must be able to work primarily between the hours of 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM ET.
Must have a player/coach mentality, willing to both execute and lead.
Ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently and set and meet deadlines.
