Our Digital Assurance and Transparency practice (DAT) is at the forefront of innovation, supporting both delivery of quality, tech-enabled solutions focused on trust and transparency and value-add growth in business and social issues that are top of mind with our clients. You’ll work closely with clients, your Digital Assurance and Transparency team, and our external audit teams to understand the systems and technologies our clients use and how they can mitigate risk. As a Digital Assurance and Transparency professional, you’ll be part of an organization with a focus on quality, value, innovation, emerging technologies (e.g. cloud, digital assets), and growth and gain experience across several of our specialized areas of focus throughout your career.
A career with the Tech team in our Digital Assurance and Transparency practice will provide you with the opportunity to assist clients with business transformations leveraging large scale digital solutions such as SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Workday, Identity and Access Management tools and other business applications. You will utilize our innovative solutions to help clients assess and manage risk and controls during their transformation journey. You will collaborate with experienced practitioners across PwC’s global network to assess the client’s approach for ERP security, business process and IT General Controls, while educating our clients on leading practice recommendations.

Demonstrates an extensive understanding of security and controls within the Workday application product suite, specifically in the areas of financials, human capital management, and industry specific modules. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:
Demonstrates extensive knowledge of Workday security design across functional (ERP) and technical areas, including setup and maintenance;
Proven experience in the design, implementation, or assessment of Workday solutions, such as Accounting Center, Adaptive Planning, and Prism Analytics;
Expertise in designing and assessing business process risk and controls frameworks across finance and human resource cycles;
Ability to identify key risks and controls, with an extensive understanding of security and control optimization for business processes and application security;
Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley readiness and optimization of controls within Workday including familiarity with managing and understanding the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for Workday product implementations and configurations;
Experience leading end-to-end Workday security implementations and integrating controls into projects;
Proven track record in leading design, build, test, and deployment phases in projects;
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams effectively;
Proficiency in conducting security design workshops with client stakeholders of varying levels;
Expertise in designing security measures for Workday Financials and Human Capital Management;
Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing Workday Financials, Human Capital Management, and related system solutions;
Knowledge of business process risk and control design principles including identification of risk mitigation strategies;
Experience in reviewing and establishing the quality of deliverables produced by engagement teams;
Demonstrates extensive ability to manage client relationships, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs;
Proven ability to lead teams, provide direction, coach staff, and foster improvement and innovation;
Preferred experience in managing large engagements within a professional services firm or large enterprise, either as a consultant, auditor, or business process specialist;
Demonstrates ability to oversee and coordinate staff and managers in assessment or design of controls, application security, or analytic monitoring;
Proven record of understanding a client's business and technology to identify additional consulting opportunities and contribute to effort and scoping of such opportunities;
Extensive project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, budgets, and deliverable schedules; and,
Experience working with systems integrators to develop business requirements and controls for Workday-related implementations.

The salary range for this position is: $82,500 - $291,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
