We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Specialist to assist with the management and entry of data. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining important data records while ensuring the highest level of accuracy. strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential for this position. Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases and systems.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered into systems to ensure consistency and integrity.
Use Microsoft Excel to manipulate data, perform calculations, and generate reports. This may include tasks such as creating spreadsheets, using formulas, sorting/filtering data, and developing charts.
Prepare and assist with regular data reporting for management and other departments.
Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support to various teams.
Review, update, and organize electronic and paper files for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
Perform routine audits to ensure the accuracy and quality of data within systems.
Identify discrepancies or issues with data and work to resolve them promptly.
Assist in creating and formatting reports and summaries for use in operational decision-making.
Work closely with other departments to support data-driven tasks and projects.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all data, particularly sensitive or proprietary information.
