Job Details:

  • Pay: $2480 per week 

  • Travel: Physical Therapist (PT

  • Duration of assignment: 13 weeks

  • Shift: M-F; Variable

  • Facility Setting? LTAC

  • Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? no

  • Preferred experience level? acute

  • EMR for your facility: wellsky

 

Requirements:

  • Active Unrestricted ND License

  • Active BLS, BCLS certification

  • NBCOT - required

  • Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled PT Experience

  • Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
