Job Title: Litigation Associate

Job Description:

The Litigation Associate will play a key role in representing clients in a variety of complex litigation matters. The successful candidate will have strong legal research and drafting skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Assist in trial preparation, including compiling exhibits and preparing witnesses.
• Manage case files and maintain detailed and organized documentation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client communications.
• Provide counsel to clients on litigation matters and keep them informed of case developments.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• 1+ years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
