Call commitment is approximately 33% of the month, which roughly translates to 10-14 shifts per month depending on RTO of the team. Weekday call starts when the team is finished for the day, generally by 17:45 till 07:15 the next morning. Saturday is a workday if scheduled then call starts when the team is finished for the day; Sunday is call only. So typically, if it the individual’s weekend to work/take call, it will be Friday- Sunday (Monday @07:15).Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes - TBD by unit's needs.
