Specialty Emergency State OK Location 5602 SW Lee Blvd., Lawton, OK 73505 Requirements Looking providers available to cover the following dates in December: Dec 23-25 - day shift Dec 24-25, 27-28 - night shift can use January forward if they can cover Dec dates ED volume: 20,000 24 hours of physician coverage, 12 hour shifts 10 hours of APP coverage daily Admission rate: 12% EMR: Meditech EM trained does not require ATLS, ACLS & PALS, however, Primary Care trained physician will need these. Please do not submit providers that live within a 50 mile radius on the hospital. This is a new market and it ties up to many local resources.
