Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week, EOW
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
NC License2 years’ experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in ER setting, teamwork mentality, ability to coach and give feedback in real time1 Year ExperienceBLSACLSPALSTNCCCPINIHSSENPC2 years’ experience in Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, high volume > 100,000 visit ED. Previous HCA experience preferred

Documentation system: CernerFloating policy: No floating outside of the ED but must be open to floating to all sections in the ED.Number of Beds : 101Patient Ratios : 4:1 typically- medical, up to 7:1 on ED behavioral holdsType of equipment : baxter pumps, GE monitorsPatient Experience requirements: AIDET, Respectful behavior, Pt Experience to each patient, Boards updated with info and pt updated throughout visit
