Qualifications and requirementsApplicants should have a current state RN license or a current multistate compact license and possess an associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.Additional requirements include:Current American Heart Association BLS certification (or) obtained within 90 days after hire date.Current American Heart Association ACLS certification or obtain within 6 months after hire date.Successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days after hire date.Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervisionMust be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
