1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm

You’ll help ensure that important organizational initiatives and solutions are successfully implemented, maintained and improved when needed. What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead large-scale implementations
- Oversee and lead change management initiatives and provide continuing post-implementation support
- Define business problems, identify solutions, and provide analysis and recommendations
- Work creatively with internal departments, develop documented implementation plans and schedules, assist with implementation, and provide post-implementation feedback/support
- Conduct scheduled progress reviews on all current projects
- Provide customer support management for internal and external clients according to customer management process, using tools such as the action item list, progress report, etc.
- Design and/or report methodology for ongoing operations
- Ensure that both internal and external client issues are addressed in a timely manner
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- 3 years of experience with implementations in the transportation or logistics industry
- Experience in transportation in a supply chain/distribution environment
- Project management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
It’d be great if you also have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Working knowledge and experience with import and export regulations
- Excellent planning, client support, communication and organizational skills
