The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily administrative tasks, and supporting various departments as needed.

Location: Sacramento, CA

Pay Rate: $20.00-23.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage the calendar for meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Distribute incoming mail, packages, and correspondence.
  • Assist with ordering and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Handle various administrative projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role.
  • Experience with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) is required.
  • Professional demeanor and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in operating standard office equipment, including printers, scanners, and multi-line phone systems.
