Location: Anderson, SC 29625 (100% Onsite
Duration: 12 months, with potential for a 36-month extension
Pay Rate: $38/hr (W2)

We are seeking a dedicated Computer Operator for a night shift position. This 12-month contract offers the potential for an extension up to 36 months and requires 100% onsite work (no remote options available). The role involves monitoring and maintaining network and infrastructure, providing Tier II support, and ensuring optimal system functionality.
Schedule

- 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Includes weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Network & Infrastructure Management
- Monitor, test, maintain, and repair network and infrastructure systems.
- Incident Resolution
- Resolve incidents and service requests; escalate to subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed.
- Documentation
- Prepare and maintain system records, configuration settings, and documentation for operations, training, and knowledge-sharing purposes.
- Port Activation & Monitoring
- Perform pre-configured port activations on network switches and periodic monitoring of systems.
- Customer Service & Support
- Provide customer service support for all IT and telecommunication systems, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Cross-Training
- Participate in training and cross-training with the Tier II team for professional development.
