Project Manager Job Description:The Project Manager will have a strong track record of completing HEALTHCARE INTERIORS projects, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project.

Project Manager Responsibilities:Responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on-time, within budget, and constructed with superior quality and safetyReviews project proposals, drawings, and plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of projectDevelops and maintains relationships with clients, subcontractors and related vendors.Completes materials “take-offs”, establishes cost estimates, develops and tracks material procurement scheduleConfers with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority; coordinates activities with project staff to ensure project progress within prescribed budget and provides technical advice to resolve problemsOrganize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired resultsAct in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and other associates while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations

Project Manager Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Business preferred5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within HEALTHCARE INTERIORS constructionProficient with relevant construction technology; Procore experience a plus
