Quality Engineer I - San Diego - Hybrid - Contract - Biotech

A leading Biotechnology company in San Diego, Ca are hiring for a Quality Engineer I to join their team, reviewing and verifying quality records in support of upstream manufacturing processes whilst helping to establish/improve system controls.This is an initial 4-month contract role located in San Diego, CA offering a hybrid working environment whilst paying a highly competitive rate of between $30.00 - $37.00/ph depending on experience.The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:· A skilled individual with 1-2 years previous experience working within Quality Assurance· Direct experience working in IVD manufacturing highly preferred· Strong understanding of quality records and standards (21 CFR 820/ISO 13485/ISO 14971/IVDD)· Knowledge and experience with instituting quality controls in an ERP system, SAP desired· Basic understanding of chemistry and lab instrumentation· Bachelor's degree requiredPlease apply with your latest resume to be considered.
