The Drafter with
Hunter Buildings, LLC
is part of the CAD Department. In this position you will make detailed manual or computer drawings of modular buildings from sketches and specifications conceived by engineers and designers. The finished drawings are used as working plans for engineering and manufacturing purposes. Depending on experience and level of responsibility, duties may vary from preparing basic drawings to modifying the finished design using computer aided design equipment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:To enter this area of work you should be able to:Work within precise limits or standards of accuracyConcentrate for long periods of timeVisualize 3-dimensional objects from drawings or picturesSee detail in objects or drawings
REQUIREMENTS:Ability to work with a team or independently, with little supervisionAbility to handle several jobs at one timeAbility to read blueprints, including schematics.Possess problem-solving skills, basic mathematical skills & advanced computer skillsGood organization and communication skills, both written and oral.Knowledgeable to Proficient in Revit MEP 2018 & newer versionKnowledgeable with AutoCAD softwareExperience in any of the following areas: Electrical, Mechanical (HVAC), Plumbing, Construction experience
QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma required, a bachelor’s degree, a plusMust have Revit experience1+ years construction related experience
