Optomi, in partnership with an industry leading is seeking a Jira expert for a major client. This role will be a remote, contract-to hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:Build initial ITSM configuration, Customer ticketing, Automation for ticket responses and workflowsAbility to utilize service modules that are included in Jira ITSM license and maximize investment in the toolEnhance and streamline Jira ticket management processes and Confluence pages to support internal development teams.Utilize design skills to define JIRA workflows and the related screen schemes for complex and high impact projectsSupport and configure JIRA plugins as requiredCustomize functionalities within Jira, Confluence, ITSM, Bitbucket
