Our client downtown is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team. This position will support the COO & CPO. This is working in office Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm), parking is paid for. Salary range: $90K - $103K + benefits.
Responsibilities / Qualifications:Heavy calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports and special projectsSeeking candidates with 10+ years experience minimum, as an EA, supporting multiple executivesAdvanced Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong attention to detailExcellent job stabilityBookkeeping background a plus, but not required
