Job Duties:Provide Engineering Expertise: Direct engineering and team efforts to ensure safe and compliant designs, adhering to all relevant safety rules and regulations.Develop Project Scope: Define and scope significant long-term projects that will enhance operational efficiency and profitability.Manage Projects: Oversee project costs, timelines, and contractor performance to ensure timely and quality delivery.Foster Technical Excellence: Stay updated on industry trends, share knowledge with the team, and mentor junior engineers.Promote Continuous Improvement: Complete special assignments and contribute to broader organizational goals.Job Duties: The responsibilities outlined above are not exhaustive and may vary based on specific project requirements.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Process Control or Chemical Engineering, or 8+ years of relevant experience in control board operations or supervision.Advanced computer skills, including modeling, multivariable control, and DeltaV configuration.Experience in DCS configuration, PLC configuration, multivariable control, and instrument tuning.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated and customer-focused.Team-oriented and collaborative.Valid driver's license.Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) certification.
