Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Java Lead/Architect with extensive experience in Flowable to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and a proven track record of hands-on development, along with the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. This role requires a deep understanding of process automation and BPM (Business Process Management) using Flowable..
The RoleResponsibilities:Design, develop, and implement scalable Java applications using Flowable.Lead the architectural design of new projects and enhancements to existing applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Java and BPM.
Requirement:You are:10+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on enterprise-level applications.Must have experience with Banking Domain.3+ years of experience with Flowable BPM or similar workflow automation tools.Strong understanding of microservices architecture, Spring, Spring boot and RESTful APIs.Experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and leadership skills.
