Data Security AnalystSeattle WAContractDescription:Convey program content and requirements as described in the Data Privacy Program Guide and represented on the Data Privacy Enterprise Dashboard to suppliers and buyers. Take phone calls to gather information about the supplier service(s) and provide a smooth handover for submission reviewers in the CRM case.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide instruction to Buyer/supplier when an Approval is missingExecute update requests from Global Contract Office per SOPRespond to Profile update requests per SOPOwn all aspects of SOP compliance. (Profile, DPR review/accept, remove InA/SaaS/PCI). (Audit and Compliance)Respond to PO compliance cases per SOP, reset forms, escalate to FTEs for scope decisionsRecognize and report data incidents sent in by suppliersProactive engagement to get suppliers compliant if bandwidth allowsTake on new procedures as agreed by program leadership and if bandwidth allowsDevelop training based on QC recommendationsTargeted training, upskillingNew employee trainingLeading client callsQuality audits and reviewManaging escalation and identifying root causesPrepare training plan for the development of the teamSupport DTP reviewUAT testing and suggestionsSupporting managing tickets as required
Qualifications Basic2+ years of experience in the relevant field
PreferredGraduationCertifications Requirements (Preferable): Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) or a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)Program or Project Management & Stakeholder ManagementOwnership of Governance activities pertaining to contracts that include Managing due diligence of engagementsHandle escalations appropriatelyHas managed critical operational processes, with SLA/KPI and metrics responsibilityStrong analytical, problem solving and customer orientationAbility to work with international teams and take direction
