We are seeking an experienced Senior Appellate Attorney with 15 years of legal practice, specializing in appellate law with a strong focus on real estate matters. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the appellate process, exceptional legal research and writing skills, and a proven track record of successful appeals, particularly in real estate litigation. This role involves representing clients in appellate courts, crafting persuasive briefs, and providing strategic legal counsel in real estate disputes.Key Responsibilities:Legal Representation:

Represent clients in state and federal appellate courts, particularly in real estate-related cases, including oral arguments and written submissions.Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough legal research to identify precedents and develop compelling arguments relevant to real estate law.Brief Writing:

Draft, edit, and finalize appellate briefs, motions, and related documents with precision and clarity, focusing on real estate issues.Case Strategy:

Collaborate with trial attorneys to formulate effective strategies for appeals, providing insights on trial court decisions related to real estate matters.Client Consultation:

Communicate with clients to explain the appellate process, provide updates, and advise on legal options specific to real estate disputes.Mentorship:

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and support staff in appellate matters, especially those involving real estate law.Continuing Education:

Stay current with legal developments, changes in real estate law, and appellate procedures to ensure best practices.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.15+ years of experience in appellate law, with significant focus on real estate litigation.Admitted to practice in relevant jurisdictions.Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills.Proven track record of successful appellate outcomes in real estate cases.Strong oral advocacy skills and courtroom presence.Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.Preferred Skills:In-depth knowledge of real estate law, including property rights, zoning, leases, and contractual disputes.Familiarity with legal research databases and technology.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
