Must Have Technical/Functional SkillsExpert in Catia V5/V6 (various releases), Enovia PLM environmentExpert/Experience in Solidworks
Experience RequiredExpert in Catia V5/V6 (various releases), Enovia PLM environmentExpert/Experience in SolidworksShould be able to support users with troubleshooting issues faced while using the respective CAD applicaitonsGood to have – Installation, upgrades, UATs, handle server issues & crashes, support the developer/customization team as needed
Roles & ResponsibilitiesProvide CATIA application support to a wide variety of CAD users.Participate and lead training sessions and/or workshops.Create training/tips/tricks documents for CATIA users.Help users install CAD software and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
