ResponsibilitiesAct as Owners Rep. Support the SR PM / VP in managing contracts, costs, schedules, and quality throughout all phases of the preconstruction / construction process.Manage expectations, commitments and day to day operations with contractors, subcontractors, architects, design and all project stakeholders, building trust and value throughout the construction process.Participate in reviewing and evaluating documentation related to the planning, site investigation, design, construction, and contract administration.Review RFI, Change orders, etc.Attend project-related meetings, capture minutes, and record issues.Process Improvement / RFI / Change Management / Scheduling
QualificationsB.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.10-15 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a Developer/ Owner Rep / General Contractor in Multifamily, Hotel, Mixed Use High - Mid Rise projects over 50M.To be successful you need to be able to read construction drawings, coordination, and be familiar with South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market.Organized, time management, passionate and communication skills
are also crucial to the success of the role.Procore, Bluebeam,
or similar software's are important.
What you'll get in returnIn return, you will receive a package of up to
$120,000 - 150,000 base plus benefits, bonus, allowances, and other perks.
