About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Manager with experience in the renewable energy sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent across various areas of renewable energy and clean tech. Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interviews, offers, and onboarding.Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top professionals in the renewable energy and clean tech space.Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and help define ideal candidate profiles.Utilize various sourcing methods, including direct outreach, job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates to meet both current and future hiring needs.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Analyze recruitment data and provide insights on market trends, hiring challenges, and strategies for improvement.Participate in employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the renewable energy industry.Requirements:7-8 years of experience in talent acquisition and/or recruiting, preferably with a focus on the renewable energy, clean tech, or related sectors.University degree in Human ResourcesExperience with Florida Labor lawsProven track record of successfully filling roles across various functions and levels, from technical to executive positions.Strong understanding of the renewable energy market and its key players.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.This role is 70% TA and 30% HRBenefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Be part of a forward-thinking company that is committed to sustainability and renewable energy innovation.
