Shift - 6:30 am – 5 pm (x4 - 10 hour shifts) with OT, Mandatory OT daily including weekends from February-May
Job description:• Progress of all TA activities and ensures that expense work, capital projects, and operations are aligned.• Ensure pre-work is completed.• Verify progress of critical path jobs• Ensure materials are on site• Ensure schedule is updated and posted daily• Monitor work processes, update schedules accordingly, and provide alternatives to address schedule deviations.• Coordinate maintenance/contractor activities and resolve any issues that delay completion of activities.• Provide alternatives and make decisions on how to address issues “discovered” during the TA• Help track and control costs during the TA and provide alternatives to address cost deviations.• Provide corrective action alternatives for schedule, cost, and procurement and/or work instruction deviations.Experience• Short-Cycle Tertiary Degree (i.e. Associate's Degree) plus turnaround, manufacturing or other related experience. In lieu of degree, equivalent years of experience required.
ExperienceA minimum of an Associate’s in Engineering or other related discipline (Construction Management, etc.) AND 2+ years of scheduling experience is required. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 3 years of scheduling experience in a similar industry is required.
