What We're Looking ForFlorida Real Estate Broker's license (required) with 5+ years of experienceProven track record of success in real estate (trading, team/office leadership, management, etc.)Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovationStrong leadership and team-building skillsIn-depth knowledge of the Southern Florida real estate marketExcellent communication and networking abilitiesComfortable with being in the spotlight and representing a high-profile brandCollaborative and open (reporting directly to ownership group)
