Primary ObjectiveWe are looking for a Receptionist to help manage our front desk in Laredo, Texas, on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Job Responsibilities/Main FunctionServes visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately as soon as they arriveEnsure reception, visitor and conference rooms are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materialProvide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emailAnswer, screen, and forward incoming phone callsAccept all letters and packages, and distribute themMaintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk and landlord’s security teamInput work orders on landlord’s internal system of all premises related mattersAssist with orders of office supplies and keep inventory of stockUpdate calendars and schedule meetingsArrange travel and accommodations, as neededPerform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and emailingPerform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements (Education AND Experience)Associate degree or relevant qualificationA minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role in a professional office settingBilingual (English/Spanish)Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices
